We focus on local Florida Keys fishermen we know and have grown to trust over the years. We know precisely how the seafood has been handled, ensuring its quality and freshness. By sourcing locally, and outside of the Keys, you know our seafood is always fresh.

When we source seafood, we look for the highest quality product. We then rotate through our fresh fish and shellfish rapidly. What does that mean? Unless you catch the fish yourself, you will probably not find it fresher.

The final step is how we pack your order. We always pack our seafood correctly. We have spent countless hours working on the most efficient, sustainable, and safe way to ship our seafood.
